Carlton House 1993

This 4.5m wide urban infill terrace fronting Rathdowne Street is constructed with unlined 150mm thick pre-cast concrete panels and concrete floors. The heritage overlay required the facade design and proportions to sit in some relationship with the neighbourting Victorian cottages.

The plan is divided in to four rooms divided with joinery. A central louvered roof lantern brings light to the bathroom and stair while venting the house.
